Systems of Law and Terrorist Organizations

What this bill does

Provides person who knowingly provides or attempts or conspires to provide material support or resources to domestic terrorist organization commits specified crime; provides that person who willfully becomes member of domestic terrorist organization & serves under direction or control of such organization with specified intent commits specified crime; authorizes Chief of Domestic Security to designate organization domestic terrorist organization or foreign terrorist organization; authorizes designated organization to seek judicial review; prohibits state agencies, political subdivisions, & public school districts from expending certain public funds to support organization designated domestic terrorist organization or foreign terrorist organization; prohibits certain institutions from expending public funds to promote, support, or maintain programs or campus activities that advocate for domestic terrorist organizations or foreign terrorist organizations.
