Spaceport Operations and Space Florida

What this bill does

Provides that Space Florida is not agency & is not subject to certain bidding & contract procedures under certain conditions; requires Space Florida to enhance & promote development & use of quintimodal transportation hubs in this state; provides powers & duties of spaceport operators.
