Prohibits reservation at public food service establishment from being listed, advertised, promoted, or sold through third-party reservation platform; authorizes Division of Hotels & Restaurants of DBPR to impose civil penalty not to exceed specified amount for violation of this act or of division rule; provides that such violations accrue on specified time & for certain establishments.
